Because KIIT Prep plans provide digital access, refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the purchase and applicable law.

If you were charged but did not receive the purchased entitlement, contact support with the transaction details so the payment can be reviewed.

Approved refunds, where applicable, are returned through the original payment method and may take time to appear.
